Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Any additional fees for services rendered must be paid before the completion of the appointment.

​Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund of the travel fees if prepaid.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit a percentage of the deposit, determined by the amount of notice received. See the policy below..

Appointments that cannot be completed for any reason may be rescheduled, but any applicable travel fees will be invoiced. We encourage clients to confirm that all necessary documents are filled out completely before the notarization appointment.

Emergency Cancellations

In the case of emergencies (e.g., severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances), Paladin Notary LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with a full refund of any prepaid fees.
