Cancellation Policy

At Paladin Notary LLC, we value your time and strive to provide professional and reliable notary services. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below: 1. Appointment Cancellations • Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees. • Less than 12 Hrs Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 • No-Show Policy: If the client fails to appear at the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full payment will be withheld, and no refund will be issued. 2. Refund Policy • Completed Services: Once a notarization is completed, refunds are not available due to the nature of notarial services being legally binding. • Overpayment: If a client accidentally overpays, we will promptly issue a refund for the excess amount. • Service Issues: If an error occurs due to the notary’s mistake, we will correct the issue at no additional charge. 3. Exceptions • In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unavoidable events, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
